Orders
Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance, and I reserve the right to cancel any order at my discretion. You'll receive an email confirming your order- This is not an acceptance but a receipt of your order.
Cancellations: If I cannot fulfill an order, you will be notified as soon as possible of the cancellation. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of the order being placed so I can stop the processing and shipping.
Prices and Payment
Pricing: Prices are in Canadian currency and include shipping.
Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. I accept all Major Credit Cards and Paypal.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is available across Canada and all items ship for free using Canada Post Untracked Parcel Mail. Although items are not tracked, I guarantee you will receive your order to the address provided or I will send a replacement.
If a wrong address was entered at the time of ordering, please contact me within 24 hours to make corrections before shipping. If you have not provided a correct address for delivery and the item has shipped, I will not be responsible for sending a replacement.
Processing Time
All items will ship in 3-7 business days. Once your package has shipped it should arrive in 4-7 business days.
If your order has not arrived 15 days after placing your order, please contact me!
Returns
I have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be shipped back unworn and in it's original packaging at your cost. To start a return process, please contact me at info@gaiasglasswear.ca
Damages and issues
Please inspect your item once you receive it and contact me immediately if you believe the item to be damaged, defective or the wrong item. Please note that glass is very difficult to photograph and colours may appear slightly different in person depending on the screen settings of your device.
